OLD News/Information

Willing Workers Quilt and Craft Show will return on Friday and Saturday, September 24-25.  Friday hours will be 9-6 and Saturday hours will be 9-4:00. Be watching for more details on Facebook and on the EUMC website in the coming weeks.

Harvest Homecoming will be held on October 7-10 in New Albany. We will once again be making candy. Candy making dates will be Tuesday, Sept. 28/Thursday, Sept. 30 and Tuesday, Oct. 5 at 6:00 p.m. each night.  Be planning now to see how you might help with this great time of fellowship and outreach in the community. Everyone is welcome to participate. Schedules will be coming out soon for candy making, donations, and working in the trailer at Harvest Homecoming.

Sermon in a Box can now be found in the narthex on Sunday mornings.  These are for children Pre-K through 4th grade.  Take a box into the sanctuary with you and return it to the table following worship.  Children have something to do while being in worship.

Epistle Mailings will cease beginning the week of JULY 1. We will continue to email, but stop mailing to those who do not have email.  They will be copied and laid out for pick-up at the church each weekend. As we will resume having bulletins on Sunday, July 4, much of what is in the Epistle will be in the bulletin. We are experiencing a large cost in pre-printed envelopes, postage and copy cost.  Plan to look for bulletins July 4 and Epistle copies in the narthex beginning July 4.
